Why Do People Leave?


Many people believe that money (or rather, not getting enough of it) is the primary reason people leave their job and go elsewhere. And yet, research typically shows this belief to be untrue. Money is not the primary motivation.

So, why do people leave their employment and move onto another company? As you might expect, there’s not just one reason. In fact, a number of things can contribute to people becoming disengaged in their job and making the decision to search out greener pastures.
