The lack of employee engagement is an issue faced by many businesses today. Research from “Worldmetrics.org Report 2024” indicates that only 15% of employees worldwide are engaged in their jobs. And the other 85% are either not engaged or actively disengaged.
What does that mean for businesses?
What damage are disengaged employees doing to staff morale and productivity?
How do you find and create employees who are so engaged in their role that the thought of finding another job isn’t even on their radar?
