What is a Passion Model

People are motivated by the things they are passionate about. At a job interview, they tell you they are passionate about you and your business because they want the job.
However, at the core, people are really passionate about the things that they are passionate about and, chances are, you and your business don’t come into the equation.
With people’s passions in mind, I created the Passion Model because I wanted to hire more passionate people into my team, people who cared, and I needed to know what was truly important to them.
Often, when people start talking about their passions, it’s hard to shut them up. And the opposite is usually true if the topic of the conversation isn’t something they’re interested in.
As you can see, there are 7 areas to the Passion Model. You might decide to call each area something slightly different that resonates more with you, e.g., ‘mind’ is the same as ‘learning’, ‘body’ could be ‘health’ . . . and so on.
