I believe that there are 3 areas of life you can master out of 7. That is it. You have to chose these for you and life your life according to your 3 legs.

My experience is burnout starts when one of the 3 legs is not being managed for you and you start to fall down.
Often for women it happens as we are trying to do 7 legs when in fact, there are only 3 legs.
