1. A compelling vision often involves bold and ambitious statements showing that you’re dreaming big. It needs to challenge your people to strive for excellence. Developing a clear vision for your business is a crucial step if you want to grow your business and have your people consistently giving their all.
2. Think about why your business exists. Your vision must be rooted in the purpose of your business and align with your core values.
3. Consider how your vision will benefit people (both people that work for you and your customers) and the value it will bring to their lives.
4. Study the vision statements of successful businesses that you admire and use those as a starting point.
5. Decide where do you want your business to be in 2 years, 5 years, 10 years.
