I have experience both as an entrepreneur and intrapreneur.

I am an award winning  speaker, coach and author and I am obsessed with Passion, People and Performance.  

I am in the first woman in my lineage to work and moved from India to Australia and at the age of 11.

Over the last 21 years, I have presented to over 250,000 people across 19 countries, worked with over 1500 leaders and authored 8 books.   

I worked as a senior leader in male dominated environments and have also scaled and exited many of my own businesses between $1-$5M.

I love helping Business Leaders and Owners get more from their Business and Life.
