Do you need another guru?

I love learning. Over the last 20 years, I have had the opportunity to study with some amazing global and local leaders.

One of the questions I have been asking lately is that, are there things I don’t know? Answer is absolutely. However some of the forums and conferences I have attended, the messages are pretty similar - valuing your time, finding great mentors, linking into purpose/why etc.

Do I need to keep going to similar conferences? Not for a while. Moving forward, it is the application of all the learnings I need to do.

Are there thoughts you keep repeating in your head but you have not taken enough action to make a more permanent change? If so, here are some tips:

  1. Look at the last 5 years of your life. What are the pain points that keep recurring? What is one small action you can take this week to make a small change towards it?

  2. Do you keep reading books on the same topic(s)? Or attending the same conferences? Do you need to stop spending on so much theory and time and money on this? Or is it more time for application?

  3. Are there messages you keep hearing repeatedly from people or the Universe? for me, when I hear of the same thing 3 times whether it is a book or a song or anything, I see it as a sign. And I do something about it. What about you?

You have the wisdom or your guru inside of you. There is no out there. Here is to you leading a more passionate life.
