Business Chicks 9 to Thrive
I loved going to my first (and second Business Chicks conference) 9 to Thrive on the weekend. I loved the name - when you say 9 to 5, it sounds dull, boring and not very inspiring. 9 to Thrive gave it a feeling that you can thrive while you are doing your 9 to 5 work.
Secondly, I love this community. When I attend any Business Chicks event, I feel like I am connecting with my extended family. There are hugs. There are smiles. There are kisses and there is a genuine 'how are you doing?' rather than the ubiquitous and 'BS' question.
I also loved meeting some of the members and non members who I got a chance to share my experience of the Business Chicks with.
As a result I was able to get many people to sign up for memberships even though that was not the primary aim of helping at the Business Chicks stand.
My reflection, when you really believe in something - a product, a person, a belief, it is easy to promote it which becomes a sale.
I really believe in their global CEO's Emma Issacs and her vision and her genuine and hard working ethic and I really believe in the Business Chicks - the brand and the products it gives.
Refer and collaborate with people and brands that you know and love.
By the way, if you haven't joined, what are you waiting for?
