Give me techo speak in plain english

Last night I got to hang around with some colleagues at a beautiful Sydney restaurant and experience this dessert which used nitrogen to create a dragon's egg effect. It was spectacular. There was something missing though.... The waitress despite the chef creating such an amazing tasting and looking dessert explained it in a way that no one understood. Her 'plain english' explanation of what we were about to eat would have made it even more spectacular.

Whatever you are good at technically, explain it in plain english so you get buy in from your customer (and staff).

When I worked as an engineer I saw brilliant people not explain and communicate in plain english and creating a difference to their message.
