A balanced view

A guy on a date (or a girl) shows their best behaviour. The face tells us we will be more beautiful. The salt will add taste to your life. The list goes on and this sugar indicates that by using it 'add a little sweetness to your life!' Everything talks about the upside. That's how marketing works. But wouldn't it be more authentic and less painful longer term if we knew that each thing has a downside and we learnt to make balanced decisions?

The guy (or girls) behaviour won't be great all the time. He/she will disappoint. The facial won't give you the results after one. It's a lifelong process. The salt will add taste and some health issues longer term. And sugar converts into fat.

If we went in with open eyes, it would be so much better.
