Business coach and author Shivani Gupta has been quietly building up her business Passion@People.
The small business dynamo has expanded into new premises in Glebe Road, The Junction.
Shivani said the move was prompted by growth in the business and the appointment of Jane Peck to her team.
Jane is well-known in Newcastle as a business coach and facilitator who successfully delivered a women in business mentoring program for more than nine years.
The two women will jointly present Shivani's "Transformation for Women in Business" workshop in Newcastle on November.
More than 1200 women in Australia have attended the workshops.
Shivani said many small business operators were crying out for a cost and time-effective way to get practical tips and networking opportunities on the fundamental of managing their business.
Jane and Shivani have developed a new small business success program, consisting of two group workshops and three individual coaching sessions, which will be piloted in the Hunter before the end of the year.
