Newcastle based business coach Shivani Gupta believes it's important for business people to get the work-life balance right.
Shivani said helping people to achieve the appropriate balance and understanding their true worth were keys to getting people to realise their true potential.
A former BHP Billiton executive, Shivani relocated to Newcastle in 2005.
Her business, Passion@People, in the Tonella Centre in Bull Street, helps both small businesses and businesswomen to be more strategic and realise their full potential.
Shivani is also a sought-after speaker, facilitator and author.
Her new book Passion @ Work will be issues nationally in May.
Work-life balance is one of the topics in the "Transformation for Women in Business" workshops Shivani has run for more than 1000 women around Australia.
