Hunter based firm Passionate People Institute (PPI) is looking to create a hub for passionate businesses in Newcastle following its purchase of two–storey premises at 121 King Street Newcastle as its new headquarters. The premises will be called King Studios.
Founder and CEO, Shivani Gupta, said PPI will occupy the bottom floor of the building. Renovations commence October 3 and include converting the top floor into 10 offices to lease to like-minded, passionate, businesses. A 50 seat conference room will also be available for hire within premises.
Nine offices are still available and range in size from eight to 20 square metres and. They will rent for between $150 and $250 per week (excluding GST and outgoings) and will be available for occupancy from November 1.
"At Passionate People Institute we specialise in linking peoples' values into their passion to create success and we want King Studios to be a hub for like-minded businesses," Shivani said.
She said that the move from her current Glebe Road, The Junction premises follows the expansion of PPI with husband and former Tomago Aluminium senior executive Scott Orpin joining the business full-time to provide both coaching and strategic human resources advice. PPI has recently introduced an online coaching system as well as a year-long professional development program for senior managers and executives.
The King Street property was formerly occupied by Castle Personnel and was sold through Colliers.
